Compagnia di Ermes

In 2003, three friends who owned small vineyards in the municipality of Olevano Romano, decided to give life to the La Compagnia di Ermes winery. Their goal is to enhance the Cesanese di Olevano wine, the result of the native red grape variety of the same name.

The company philosophy sees harmony between tradition and innovation, with the recovery of historic vineyards cultivated with "distaff" and the application of the most advanced processing techniques.

The young 6-hectare company is managed by Silvestro Ciolli and Mariano Mampieri, who are supported by their families, with the aim of creating wines that best interpret the peculiarities of the territory of origin.
